The state of Missouri allows any person or business to re-direct up to half of your annual tax liability to education. Tax dollars you will be paying the state anyway can help fund diocesan Catholic school scholarships. It’s easy:
- Check your W-2 for what you owed the state last year.
- Estimate what you will owe and purchase your tax credits now
- When you file your taxes, you get 100% credit for the amount you reserved and paid (up to 50% of your liability).
- You have up to four more years to use the tax credits.
